*All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. A 9% Maine State Lodging Tax is not included. Add $10 per night for each additional guest. A minimum stay of two nights may apply during July, August, and holiday periods.

Reservation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. Reservations for six (6) or more nights require a deposit of 50% of the entire stay. The balance of the reservation is due upon arrival.
Must be 21 years of age to check in. Please contact us prior to your stay if you expect to arrive after 9 p.m. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Cancelation Policy
Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable.

Pet Policy
Sorry, no pets are allowed on premises.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damaged or stolen property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and balconies and subject to a $200 fine.
